Really awesome place to retreat to after work! Nice, quiet, and great owners! Would definitely recommend this park and would stay here again next time!

Stayed for about a year at Lilly's. A year ago. My stay at number 4 was pretty darn good. Charles and his family were great. The local neighborhood is quiet. Diversion canal with a public boat launch is right down the street. Nice place called Waters Edge is right there next to the launch, decent people there, nice place to have a beer next to the water. Laundry is clean. There is a weight room for tenants to exercise in. Showers and bathrooms for male and female (Sorry no separate facilities for those who decide to identify as "Other" or identify themselves as the opposite sex from their birth). Although I don't like to swim, I did get in a couple times around June/Aug. Pool is clean, if it's been raining they have to shock treat the water and filter before reopen. This is the responsible approach to maintaining a pool. A change in the lawn maintenance contractor while I stayed improved ground keep. Did not have the drastic power issues stated in other review, although the local power did have outages a couple of times. In campgrounds there are always some electrical issues, I will state that they did take care of any problems with the electric as soon as possible. There was no riff raff trolling through the park looking for items to steal because Charles maintains video cameras and lives on site. Before I left, he was considering a gate with coded entry for improvement, along with some additional sites where there was ground available. Charles has set up with a distributor for RV parts and typical items needed for camper. Just ask him if he can order what you need.

I am a "full timer" in a RV. I have seen many bad parks, this one is not one of them. It's family owned and operated. Owners are on site. Charles is an ex HPD and is very respectful, straight forward, and considerate toward others. So I will state that some folks seem to think they can be rude, demanding, and down right uncivil because "they are paying"....Let me remind you "snowflakes" giving such tawdry reviews ....if you are respectful you receive respect.

I recommend this RV Park to many in my travels if they are headed to the area. Maybe some day I'll get back there. Thanks for a great stay.
